What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 24 to 48 hours to process your order, then between 5 and 7 working days to deliver it to you.

Where do you ship your products from?
Our offices are located in Vancouver, Canada. Our international warehouse is located in China.
Do you provide tracking information for the product?

Some items are missing from my order; what should I do?
Our products are shipped separately based on your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of your order will likely arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Just send us an image of the damaged item at: contact.teambreathe@gmail.com, and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order. Why is it taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes, international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see its location at any time. Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues that our customers may encounter with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund for your order, we can certainly process the payment, provided that the request is made within 30 days of the order date and that the product(s) in question are not on sale.
